Requirements for Teens under 18 Behind the Wheel
Please provide your driving instructor with the following upon first day of pick up of Behind The Wheel Driving Program:
- Download and sign our driving school Behind the wheel agreement from the link below.
- A photocopy of your DMV issued Learner’s Permit.
- A parent consent specifying you have driven with them a total of 45hrs, 15 of which were after sunset. (A driving log or a signed handwritten note will suffice).
- Your Driver Education class completion (Known as Pink Card or Green Card, DEC-1, DTS-B, DTS-C).
- Payment in form of Cash, Check or Money Order $295.
